Cancellation Policy
1. Adjusting light positions 2. Replacing the plug - zipties, paracord 3. Network issue (using the existing network in place) 4. Repairing cut lights ( that can be repaired ) 5. This will cover the rewrap labor cost of a replacement strand. -------------------------------------------- Does not include the cost of materials for replacement Any additional days required beyond the two provided days will be charged at $150 per visit. We will visit the first or second week of each month and again towards the last week of each month unless contacted. Lastly, the palm trees will need to be rewrapped do to growth very soon, there will be an additional cost for a whole rewarp of each tree. At a later date.
